Job title: 6-Colour Print Machine Minder
Location: Thanet
Salary: up to £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

Our client is a well-established printing company that serves a diverse range of industries, including food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation, they provide high-quality printed packaging solutions to a broad customer base.
The role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Machine Minder to operate and maintain a 6-Colour Printing Press, producing high-quality packaging products to exacting standards.

Key responsibilities would be:
- Set up, operate, and maintain a 6-colour printing machine
- Ensure print quality meets company and customer specifications
- Monitor production runs, adjusting machines as required
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding
- Work closely with supervisors and production staff to meet deadlines
- Follow all health & safety and quality procedures
- Minimise waste and downtime during production
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience operating a 6 colour (or similar) printing machine
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
- Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
