My client specialises in serving the rail, education, health, local authority, and church sectors throughout Southern England. They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all planned and emergency repairs on client air conditioning units.
- Complete all maintenance tasks exactly as outlined in the client’s specifications.
- Monitor equipment condition and report on any units that need replacing.
- Create lists of any extra repairs (remedial works) found during routine visits.
- Work with the Contracts Manager to help price up the materials and labour for extra repairs.
- Order necessary parts for jobs and manage all incoming material deliveries.
- Check delivery notes for accuracy and hand them over to the site foreman.
The successful candidate will have:
- F – Gas Qualification
- At least 4 years’ experience in the field
- PTS Card preferable but not essential
- Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks & problems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
