Position: Academic Teaching Assistant
Location: Lambeth
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Contract
Payscale: £105-£120 per day (Mon-Fri, term-time only)

Role and Responsibilities for an Academic Teaching Assistant:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
- Use a variety of strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and facilitate active learning
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community
Qualifications and Requirements for a Academic Teaching Assistant:
- 1st Class / 2:1 Degree from reputable university
- Strong academics across the board
- Experience working with Secondary-aged students
- Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practices
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
