About the Company:

A growing insurance business with an established local team is looking to add further support due to continued demand across its existing client base. The team is close-knit, energetic, and focused on bringing in people who are keen to develop, contribute, and become a long-term part of the business.

Role Summary:

This is a great opportunity for an Account Handler with insurance experience to join a busy, supportive team where you can quickly get involved with existing business. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong drive, and is looking for a stable position with room to grow over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Manage day-to-day client queries and policy administration, giving you regular client contact and ownership of your work
  • Policy Handling: Support renewals, adjustments, and general account servicing across personal or commercial insurance
  • Existing Business Management: Work closely with the wider team to maintain strong client relationships and deliver a smooth service
  • Team Collaboration: Join a growing office where your input can make a visible difference to both clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience within insurance, either personal lines or commercial insurance
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
  • Ability to settle quickly into an established team and manage a varied workload
  • Drive, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in developing within insurance
  • Ideally local to Swansea and comfortable working 5 days a week in the office
