For an established Account Executive, it's an opportunity to move away from the layers, processes and internal politics that can often come with larger organisations, and return to a business where client relationships and commercial thinking are valued above corporate bureaucracy.

The Role

You'll inherit an existing portfolio of commercial clients whilst being encouraged to identify opportunities for growth through referrals, networking, cross-selling and new business development.

The role combines elements of both Account Handling and Account Executive responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being close to their clients whilst still having the opportunity to develop.
You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients

  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers

  • Identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities

  • Negotiating with insurers to secure appropriate cover

  • Supporting clients throughout the insurance lifecycle

  • Contributing to the continued growth of the business

Who We're Looking For
You could be:

  • A Commercial Account Handler who wants more responsibility, more client interaction and a genuine route into an Executive role.

  • An Account Executive who enjoys relationship-led broking and wants to work in a more entrepreneurial independent environment.

  • Someone who values autonomy, visibility and the ability to make a meaningful contribution.

Most importantly, you'll be commercially minded, relationship-driven and motivated by helping your clients whilst developing your own career.
