Account Manager
Location: Field-based / Home-based
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a growing client partnerships team within a leading provider of surveying, valuation and panel management services.
This role sits within a high-performing, close-knit team and will focus on managing and developing a select portfolio of lender and financial services clients. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow accounts.
This is a client-facing, relationship-led role, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships and being out in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key lender clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships
- Develop and own individual client account plans, aligned to wider business strategy
Growth & Commercial Awareness
- Support account growth through relationship development, increased allocations, and upselling services
- Identify and contribute to new business opportunities within your client base
- Participate in client reviews and support more strategic discussions alongside senior stakeholders where required
Client Engagement & Collaboration
- Lead on organising and coordinating client meetings, including setting agendas and preparing materials
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure the right expertise is brought into client conversations
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and wider leadership to support client strategy
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Proven background in B2B account management or client relationship roles
- Strong ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience within financial services, lending, or property-related sectors
- Background managing or supporting large/complex client accounts
