Title: Account Manager
Location: Outskirts of Cambridge
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000
Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships while supporting overall sales activity. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time, permanent role, based on-site.
Typical duties will include:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Keeping customers up to date with promotions, new products, and company updates
- Proactively engaging with clients to drive sales and strengthen relationships
- Handling customer enquiries quickly and accurately
- Managing customer expectations in a professional manner
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Processing orders and managing payments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records on internal systems
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Previous B2B sales or account management experience
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- A flexible, hardworking approach with a willingness to take on new challenges
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment
