Your Roles and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
- Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a key client account, building trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and web projects, from initial briefing through to successful completion
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, user experience, content, production and development functions
- Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, quality and risk to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs that enable internal teams to deliver exceptional work
- Maintaining proactive communication throughout project lifecycles, ensuring both clients and internal stakeholders remain aligned
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and consistently high levels of organisation
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships, add commercial value and support the continued growth of key accounts
- Supporting account planning, forecasting and project delivery to contribute towards wider business objectives
- Working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure outstanding client service and long-term account success
What You Will Need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working within an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager position, ideally gained within a digital marketing, creative or integrated agency environment.
Applicants should possess strong experience delivering digital marketing, website or digital transformation projects from initial brief through to successful delivery, alongside excellent project management and organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail will be essential.
Candidates should demonstrate outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively across all levels of both client and internal organisations. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment will be key to success in this role.
Experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams spanning strategy, creative, content, production and development functions would be highly advantageous. Applicants should also possess strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities that enhance both client outcomes and long-term business growth.
