As an Accountant – Real Estate Lender, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external advisers, developing your experience across financial reporting, statutory accounts, tax compliance and audit. About the Company
You'll be joining an established specialist lender focused on providing tailored funding solutions across the real estate sector. The business has an ambitious growth strategy, significant financial backing, and a collaborative culture where people are trusted to make a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage bookkeeping, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations across multiple UK entities. • Support month-end reporting, statutory accounts, tax compliance and external audits. • Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards. • Contribute to finance process improvements and provide support across wider accounting activities.
About You
• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent accountant. • One to three years' post-qualified accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-entity environment. • Strong financial accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting experience, including working with external auditors and tax advisers.
