Fully office based, working 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm
Responsibilities include:
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
Credit Control
Raising and processing invoices
Bank reconciliations
Customer and supplier account queries
General office administration
Telephone and email enquiries
Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
You will need strong experience within accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration experience
- Is organised, accurate and detail-oriented
- Has strong communication skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Can work independently and manage their own workload
