Role Summary

You will assist the Accounts teams in processing the firm’s transactions, including but not limited to:
- Processing of supplier and referral invoices
- Collaborating with Suppliers to resolve queries
- Answering requests
- Processing weekly supplier payments
- Managing supplier details
- Processing the credit card transactions
- Processing staff expenses
- Supplier reconciliation
- Bank account reconciliation
- Assisting with transactions from the Stripe account
- Using the firm’s internet banking system
- Liaise with the bank regarding general queries
- Assisting the team with holiday & absence cover
- Assist Head of Accounts with all functional activities as appropriate.
Personal Profile
- You will need to possess meticulous attention to detail, with advanced knowledge of Excel and be brilliant with numbers.
- They are a busy team, so you will need to be able to work with volume and enjoy working at pace.
