Accounts Payable Specialist (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with a business based in Oxford that are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage, supporting the full accounts payable function while playing a key role in a major system migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations and payment runs
- Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice queries
- Assist with month-end activities and financial controls
- Support the finance team throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation, helping ensure a smooth system transition
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve processes and resolve issues
About You
- Confident in an Accounts Payable role
- Essential: Previous experience working with SAP/S4Hanna
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
