Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator

We're looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for 4 – 6 weeks to support a busy finance team with a supplier reconciliation project. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on finance experience within a large, fast-paced business.
You'll play a key role in helping the finance team bring supplier accounts up to date by:
- Reconciling supplier statements against the purchase ledger
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies and outstanding items
- Matching invoices to statements and identifying missing documentation
- Liaising with operational teams to resolve invoice, pricing and purchase order queries
- Maintaining accurate records of queries and resolutions
- Supporting month-end activities and AP reporting requirements
- Escalating aged balances and unmatched transactions where required
