Description
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as required.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Assist with budget tracking and forecasting tasks.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.
Job Offer
