Accounts Payable Officer
Norwich
On-site working.
A new role has arisen with a highly successful business in Norwich. Working with a great team of people, this role will involve the following tasks:
- Process and maintain accounts payable records
- Prepare, match and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support the finance team in various accounting tasks, such as data entry and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, within a high-volume environment.
