Description

  • Process and manage customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and proactively follow up on payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues or customer queries.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and collection progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or a related role within accounting.
  • An understanding of financial processes and principles.
