Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing statutory and management accounts for a varied client portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
  • Assisting in the review and mentoring of more junior members of the team
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with relevant accounting standards
  • Supporting managers and partners on ad hoc advisory and compliance work

Requirements

  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • ACA, ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with a strong technical foundation in accounts preparation
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ambition to grow within a reputable firm with genuine career progression on offer
