Overview: Admin & Compliance Coordinator
Recruiting on behalf of an apprenticeship training provider, we are looking to talk with compliance and Data professionals who are experienced in working in the apprenticeship training industry.
Office based in Cardiff. Working hours 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
It is essential you have experience managing funding contract data and working with related management information systems used by training providers and employers, i.e. Aptem, PICs, DAS etc
Salary and benefits: Admin & Compliance Coordinator
- £28k – £32k starting salary (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position
- 31 days annual leave (including BHs) + 2 weeks off at Christmas

Essential Experience: Admin & Compliance Coordinator
- Previous management experience in a data and Compliance role with a training provider or college
- Experience working with MIS software, i.e. Aptem, PICS, DAS etc
- Managing compliance of ESFA / funded contracts
- Process monthly staff expenses ensuring all claims are compliant
- Inputting learners onto MIS system PICs & DAS
