Our client is seeking an organised and personable Administration Assistant to join a busy institution in Swansea. This is a valuable opportunity for an individual looking to develop their administrative experience within a professional and supportive setting.
Role Responsibilities
The Administration Assistant will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the institution, providing support to staff, students, and visitors. Duties will include:
- Providing front-line support to students, staff, and visitors.
- Managing and organising documents, files, and correspondence.
- Assisting with the scheduling of meetings and coordination of events.
- Maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
- Supporting a range of general administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional manner and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
