Administration Executive (Mandarin Speaking)- London
Must have UK working entitlement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the shipping department, including document preparation, filing, and day-to-day office coordination.
- Prepare and manage correspondence and documentation with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and intermediary agencies.
- Support the Department Head with external communications, relationship management, and participation in company events and business engagements.
- Manage office procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, conducting price comparisons, and negotiating with vendors.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure effective document management and filing systems.
- Coordinate general office operations to ensure an efficient and professional working environment.
- Assist with additional ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international business environment.
- Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills for professional communication.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English and Chinese typing skills.
- Extensive experience living in the UK and a strong understanding of the local business environment.
- Valid UK driving licence and confidence driving in the UK.
- Prior work or life experience in a Chinese-speaking environment would be highly advantageous.
