Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a fantastic company based in Leatherhead, who are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join them on a permanent basis as a result of continued growth and success
Managing the daily activities of a team, the role will involve:
- Managing, supporting and coaching team members to ensure they achieve SLAs and KPIs
- Recruitment and onboarding of the customer service team
- Managing company credit card and expenses within the department
- Fleet management – ensuring company vehicles are insured, taxed, serviced etc.
- Disciplinary management when necessary
- Purchasing and managing companies IT equipment and any other requirements within the business
- Escalation of issues within the customer service department
- Gather data and compile reports
- Invoicing
- Support the admin team with issues, queries, and guidance to enable them to perform to the best of their ability
- Coaching and guiding staff
Experience required:
- Experience in supervising a team of admin/customer service staff
- Experience within managing fleet/purchasing
- Confident and approachable and able to work in a buzzy fun environment
- Must live locally to Leatherhead
