Opus People Solutions are excited to recruit on behalf of Vertas Group for Temporary Administrative Assistant role.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering high-quality work.
Location: Lawn View House, NG17 5GA or Trent Bridge House, NG2 6BJ (Hybrid working available after training)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, typically 9:00-17:00 with some flexibility)
Pay rate: £13.69 per hour
Duration: 3 months minimum
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data input and record management Processing invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service Supporting general administrative tasks as required Ensuring all work is completed with a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
Previous administrative experience is essential Experience with invoice processing D365 is desirable Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident telephone manner with good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
