A leading Financial Services firm in Dublin is seeking a self-motivated and proactive person to join them as an Administrative Assistant for a period of 6 months to support their Office Manager and the wider team.

Description
Key responsibilities as follows:
· Provide administrative support across the Dublin office
· Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier arrangements
· Process invoices and expenses using Concur
· Monitor and replenish kitchen and stationery supplies
· Support the visitor experience – notifying security, greeting guests, and ensuring a professional welcome
· Assist with desk allocation and access card coordination for visiting employees and new starters
· Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and office events (e.g. social events, Lunch & Learn sessions, seasonal celebrations)
· Support tracking of the annual engagement calendar and budget spend
· Assist the EA & Office Manager with monthly health and safety compliance checklists
Profile
We are looking for someone with
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A professional and proactive approach to work.
Extra points for: An interest & capability in AI applications & experience in a similar support role within the financial services industry is advantageous.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 (paid as a day rate in alignment with the temporary nature of this role)
