EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Provide dedicated executive support to senior individuals and teams
- Manage complex and fast-changing calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Process and reconcile expense reports in line with internal policies
- Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and offsites
- Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flow
- Work independently and collaboratively across a wider support team
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative, or business support role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and discretion
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience coordinating international and domestic travel
- Familiarity with expense management systems and general administrative tools
