Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you want to play a key role in supporting a school that makes a real difference to young people's lives?

Aurora Brooklands School is looking for a dedicated Administrator to provide high-quality support to our Senior Leadership Team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our school.

?? What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to keep everything running efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings, and taking accurate minutes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for parents, supporting communications, events, and newsletters
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration processes
  • Producing reports, analysing data, and presenting information to senior stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data confidentiality at all times
  • Assisting with school events, marketing activities, and income-generation initiatives
  • Delivering a professional front-of-house and reception service when required

�? What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.

You'll bring:

  • Strong administration experience (ideally within a school environment)
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint – databases desirable)
  • Great communication skills – both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • High levels of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
