20 hours per week (ideally Monday – Friday or 4 days)
Home based – with 1/2 days a month meeting in London

We are looking for a highly organised Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a professional membership organisation within the housing sector. This varied role provides administrative, governance and stakeholder support, helping to ensure services, meetings and projects run smoothly.
Role:
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate databases, records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track actions.
- Support membership administration, communications and renewals.
- Assist with project coordination and monitor key deadlines.
- Support key stakeholders and liaise with the wider business.
- Support surveys, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Provide general administrative support across the organisation
Your Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Confident managing multiple priorities
