Administrator – IMMEDIATE START

We are urgently seeking a proactive Administrator to provide interim support for 4-6 weeks, potentially longer. This role is crucial in assisting the Service Manager to oversee a team of 15 staff members. This position is office-based and requires strong administrative skills and some line management experience.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Supervise and support a team of 15, providing necessary administrative and managerial support to enhance the efficiency of our services.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of care records in our Care Control system, verifying that support workers input data correctly and forms are filled out accurately.
- Manage general administrative tasks such as typing up notes and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate daily updates and ensure the wellbeing of staff, including managing return-to-work processes.
- Act as a point of contact for the team, aiding in communication and the smooth operation of the centre.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or support setting.
- Experience in line management or a supervisory role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
