What this role is all about:
As an Administrator, you'll be the organisational heartbeat of the team. Your work ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – from permits and job packs to invoices and essential system updates. No two days will look the same, and your support will directly help our teams deliver high-quality services to clients and customers across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Raising permits and ensuring all documentation is processed accurately
- Closing down jobs on Confirm and keeping our systems up to date
- Raising invoices and purchase orders with precision
- Monitoring operational orders and keeping track of essential workflows
- Creating and organising job packs to support operational teams
About You:
You're someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised. You'll bring:
- Previous experience working in an administration role
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- A natural ability to organise and juggle multiple tasks
- Clear, concise writing skills
- The initiative to make decisions and work independently
