An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is a varied and hands-on position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
This role would suit a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes.
Key Responsibilities for an Administrator
· Manage the day-to-day running of office facilities, ensuring a safe, organised, and professional working environment.
· Coordinate office supplies, procurement, catering, and supplier relationships.
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records and office systems.
· Manage administrative finance tasks, including invoice processing, purchase order queries, and supplier documentation.
· Assist with health & safety compliance, training records, and workplace procedures.
· Support quality and compliance systems by maintaining records, policies, and documentation.
· Coordinate meetings, events, travel, accommodation, and operational logistics.
Key skills for an Administrator
· Proven experience with administration
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
