Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a great company based in Shrewsbury.
This role has come about due to growth with the business, and you will be joining an experienced team to support you and show you the ropes!
Duties include:
- Dealing with telephone calls and emails
- Corresponding with conveyancing solicitors
- Responding to pre-contract and re-mortgage enquiries
- Providing up to date Debtor History Reports to solicitors
- General admin tasks including, Photocopying, Scanning and Filing
- Undertaking Land Registry searches
Personal requirements:
- Excellent communication skills – confident making calls
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (minimum of GSCE grade c or equivalent)
- Computer literate – use of word, excel and outlook essential
- Confident with taking and making calls
- Experience in a property or legal environment would be an advantage
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with 30-minute lunch break
Salary: £25,500 rising to £26,600 after successfully passing probation period (6 months plus)
