The role will be responsible for completing, updating and keeping accurate records of customer data. In addition they will manage any customer queries received and will be liaising with insurance companies and internal departments as and when necessary. They will also be responsible for ensuring that customers’ packs are issued, the IT system is up to date, medical consent forms are dealt with effectively, and cash back and vouchers are sent to customers when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate customer policy packs and maintain up-to-date records in databases and client folders.
- Handle incoming mail, scanning, and document management.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email, liaising with insurers and internal teams as needed.
- Process vouchers and cashback for eligible customers.
- Produce timely, accurate reports and support general business operations with ad hoc tasks.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Experience
- Essential: Collaborative team player with ability to work independently.
- Desirable: Success in fast-paced, regulated environments and structured, lively workplaces.
