The Role
Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming post
- Managing outgoing post
- Processing online verification forms (data heavy)
- Confident telephone manor
- Filtering and managing enquiries received via the website, ensuring they are actioned and deleted once processed
- Ordering official documentation and certificates online
- Creating and issuing documents and updating the CRM system
- Supporting adherence to internal and external data protection requirements
About You
We are looking for a highly organised, calm, motivated, and proactive administrator with a positive, can-do attitude.
You will have:
- A minimum of two years’ office-based administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience, including handling a high volume of telephone calls
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Confidence using multiple systems and software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and strong team-working skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at A–C / 9–4 in Maths and English
