?We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, close-knit team based in Richmond who are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join them on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive working environment, with flexibility to work across either 4 or 5 days per week.
As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering excellent service to customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order dispatch
- Monitoring orders and keeping customers updated where required
- Supporting with general administrative and office tasks
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and confident in communicating with customers and colleagues alike.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional approach to customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- Previous customer service experience (desirable, not essential)
