ADMINISTRATOR – FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 6 months
Our client is looking for an experienced Administration to support a team through a busy period.
You will be working closely with internal teams, including a busy warehouse department, and the ideal candidate therefore needs to be comfortable managing a variety of priorities and tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR
Logging of goods in discrepancy issues and coordination with colleagues/suppliers to resolve

- Generating despatch documentation (picking lists, despatch notes, invoices etc)
- Booking deliveries and arranging freight activities
- Tracking deliveries and shipments, updating internal systems
- Processing despatch documents, on internal systems
- Working with Excel on a daily basis to update information accurately
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (via email, telephone etc)
- General administration and data entry tasks to support the team through a busy period
- Intermediate experience in Excel, Word and Outlook would be ideal, but willingness to learn is equally as important
- Excellent attention to detail in order to update and maintain accurate records
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Our client is offering a competitive annual salary equivalent of £30k, and this role will initially be a full time, fixed term contract for 6 months.
Given that you will be employed for the fixed term contract, you will also be eligible for additional employee benefits.
