Administrator (Accounts support)
An established company are currently looking for an Administrator (Accounts Support) to join their friendly and supportive team. The Administrator role involves working closely with the Accounts Administrator to provide support including timesheet processing, subcontractor payments, payroll assistance, and general office duties.
- Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
- Office based
- On site parking
Administrator responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Accounts Administrator
- Processing weekly timesheets, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly subcontractor payment runs
- Checking and processing subcontractor hours and payment information
- Supporting payroll administration and maintaining employee records
- Inputting invoices and supplier information onto internal systems
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and company records
- Supporting the management of supplier and subcontractor documentation
- Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
- Filing, scanning, and organising company documentation
- Providing wider office support to ensure the smooth running of the business
Administrator skills/competencies:
- Previous experience within a similar role desirable
- Confident with numbers and administrative processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
