The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Bromcom Administrator for an immediate temporary assignment within a busy education environment in the Kingston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a school MIS professional who is passionate about supporting staff and helping them maximise the benefits of the Bromcom Management Information System.
You will act as the key point of contact for Bromcom-related queries, providing hands-on support, training, and guidance to ensure staff can use the system effectively and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and support for the Bromcom MIS platform.
- Deliver informal training and guidance to help users get the best out of the system.
- Support attendance, assessment, behaviour, reporting, timetabling and data management processes.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across the MIS.
- Produce reports and management information as required.
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous experience administering or supporting Bromcom MIS within a school or educational setting.
- Strong understanding of school data management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.
