We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in Chatham.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
- Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience is desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
