SF Partners are supporting a brilliant Warwick (CV34) based business that are looking for an Administrator on a permanent basis.
Salary: £26,000 Working pattern: full time Monday to Friday
Responsibilities will include:
System Administration – Maintain and update menu, nutritional and allergen information across multiple menu databases and ordering systems – Support the implementation, maintenance and ongoing administration of online ordering systems. – Respond to and resolve system user queries, escalating issues where appropriate. – Support the administration and coordination of menu cycles across multiple sites. – Log/set-up/maintain communication devices
Diets and Allergen Management – Assist with the management, recording and maintenance of special dietary requirements and allergen information. – Maintain accurate records of recipes, ingredients and nutritional data. – Ensure information is up to date, accurate and compliant with company procedures.
Communication and Administrative Support – Assist in the creation and distribution of resources for both internal and external communications. – Manage and monitor team inboxes, responding to routine enquiries and directing communications as required. – Provide general administrative support to the Menus and Diets and Procurement teams. – Undertake any other duties or reasonable requests as directed by management.
