The Role
As an Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring processes run smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for customers and colleagues alike.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be managing documentation, supporting internal teams, handling customer-related administration, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting colleagues and internal departments to achieve business objectives and service standards.
- Delivering excellent customer service through the administration of policies and customer requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Following internal procedures and regulatory processes at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and FCA regulations.
- Assisting with complex customer, policy, and administrative queries.
- Working collaboratively within a proactive and supportive team environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and passionate about providing first-class support.
You'll have:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence using a variety of IT systems and software.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex queries.
- A professional, customer-focused approach and a positive attitude.
