Our client, a prestigious International Examining Body, is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to deepen their administrative experience and develop strong customer service skills within a professional and supportive environment.
Within this role you will:
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous support to candidates, examiners, and internal stakeholders.
- Exam Administration: Assist with the coordination and processing of exam-related documentation, including scheduling, results entry, and certification.
- Query Resolution: Act as a first point of contact for examiner queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases with exam results and candidate information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance across departments, contributing to the smooth running of operations during peak exam periods.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of office-based administration experience, ideally in an education or professional services setting.
- Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using database systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and adaptable with a strong work ethic.
- Compliance: A recent DBS check is advantageous due to the nature of the role.
