Receptionist (Temporary) – Carlisle
£13.00 per hour | Full-Time | 8:30am – 5:00pm | 4–8 Week Assignment

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a busy office in Carlisle on a temporary basis for an initial 4–8 week assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and takes pride in delivering a welcoming and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and guests upon arrival
- Notifying relevant managers and staff when visitors arrive
- Managing the main telephone line and directing calls appropriately
- Taking and passing on accurate messages
- Providing a professional and friendly front-of-house service
- Assisting with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry and document management
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
About You:
- Previous reception, customer service, or office administration experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
- Reliable and able to work independently
