Admissions Administrator

The Guardian

Part-time, term-time only · Dulwich, London · From 3 September 2026

Alleyn's Junior School is looking for a warm, organised Admissions Administrator to play a key role in the admissions process across both Alleyn's Junior School and Alleyn's Oakfield. Based primarily at Alleyn's Junior School, with regular visits to Alleyn's Oakfield, you'll work closely with the Head of Junior Admissions and the wider operations team. No two days are the same, and your contribution will be felt by every family who walks through our doors.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in an education or customer-facing environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a warm and professional manner
  • Confident working with databases and administrative systems, with familiarity with Engage/iSAMS an advantage
  • A positive, flexible approach and a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent experience for prospective families

Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Why join us?

  • Be part of a welcoming, close-knit school community with a strong team ethos
  • Access to excellent facilities including a swimming pool, gym, and library
  • Generous benefits including lunches and refreshments, employee assistance programme, and private healthcare options
  • Cycle-to-work scheme, tech scheme, and local business discounts

If you have any questions or would like to discuss the role before applying, please get in touch with the HR team. We'd be happy to help. ().
