Our client Lincolnshire county council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team.
- Qualified Social worker or LD nurse needed within a high performing supportive team based in the beautiful town of Louth covering both rural and urban area's.
- You must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience to cover a period secondment in our Learning Disabilities team. You will work to achieve best outcomes in a strength based way, considering TEC support and non statutory services as to meet needs or form part of care plans.
- Lincolnshire County Council prides itself on supporting people in innovative ways to live as independently as possible in our communities. We expect our practitioner to be excellent at recording and completing assessments that comply with all relevant social care legislation. You must have have experience of complex case work and and good legal literacy in this field.
