Our client, a Greater Manchester Council is seeking a Adults Social Worker to join their MASH Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Conduct safeguarding enquiries and assessments for adults at risk.
- Triage and screen incoming referrals within the Adult MASH service.
- Gather, analyse and share information from partner agencies to inform decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with Police, Health, Housing and other statutory partners.
- Assess risk and determine appropriate safeguarding interventions.
- Apply relevant legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Health Act.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings, strategy discussions and safeguarding reviews.
- Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive case records.
- Manage a busy caseload while meeting statutory timescales and service requirements.
- Promote positive outcomes, independence and wellbeing for vulnerable adults.
- Provide professional recommendations and support effective safeguarding plans.
- Ensure all practice is person-centred, strengths-based and compliant with local authority policies.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
