Our client, Coventry City Council, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for its Children in Care team.
This post will last 3 months initially paid at £33.30.

The role will involve the following:
- Children in Care 0-12s
- We support children through the court process and their future journey through the care system, whether this is adoption, fostering, connected persons or reunification.
- All children in care duties, inclusive of undertaking court work from interim care order all the way through to conclusion.
- Supporting via care orders
- Supervision orders
- Child protection and child in need
- Team working and keeping children at the heart of all decision making.
- Location: One Friargate Coventry, CV1 2GN
- Hybrid working arrangement
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- 3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
- Must have a strong background in children’s social care
- Must have experience of undertaking all children in care statutory duties including court work
