NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing and highly successful Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Adviser Manager to lead and support a team of Financial Advisers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning professional with strong leadership skills to take on a key management role within a dynamic and ambitious business. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance, development and activity of a team of approximately 12 Advisers, helping to drive both client outcomes and business growth.

The Role
As Adviser Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing growth and performance of the advisory team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing, mentoring and supporting a team of approximately 12 Financial Advisers
- Driving performance across client servicing, business development and revenue generation
- Encouraging advisers to maximise opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships
- Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching sessions and development meetings
- Supporting advisers with complex client cases and technical guidance where required
- Monitoring pipeline activity, adviser productivity and business levels
- Working closely with compliance and operational teams to maintain high advice standards
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of Advisers
- Helping to create a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You
- Previous experience within a Financial Planning / Wealth Management environment
- Proven experience managing or mentoring Financial Advisers
- Strong understanding of holistic financial planning and regulated advice
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive team performance and growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Motivated, supportive and people-focused approach
- Able to balance performance management with maintaining excellent client outcomes
- Minimum level 4 diploma qualified
