Motorcycle Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor
Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm)
Salary £30,000 – £35,000

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership. You will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking through to completion of service and repair work.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service, MOT, repair, and maintenance bookings
- Act as the main liaison between customers and workshop technicians
- Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and completion times
- Identify and communicate additional repair or service work
- Upsell relevant service, maintenance, and parts opportunities
- Process parts enquiries and place orders where required
- Ensure all job cards, records, and systems are accurately maintained
- Always deliver excellent customer service
- Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Confident working in a dealership or automotive environment
- Commercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunities
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for motorcycles (desirable but not essential)
