About the Role:
This is a key role responsible for coordinating agency labour requirements, ensuring staffing levels meet operational demands, and maintaining strong relationships with labour providers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between 2 Sisters Food Group and labour agencies.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather staffing requirements and audit labour numbers to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate staffing requirements clearly to agency partners, ensuring all labour requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Validate agency labour supplied against agreed commissions, rates, and charges, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Respond to internal staffing enquiries and resolve agency-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor labour supply and identify potential shortages, working proactively with agencies to minimise operational disruption.
- Process and reconcile weekly agency invoices, checking accuracy before approval.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports relating to agency staffing, costs, and labour performance.
About You:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with agency labour or workforce planning is desirable.
- Good numerical skills with experience checking invoices and labour costs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
