- Social Worker – High Cost Care Packages
- Social Worker – Hospital
- Deputy Team Manager – Hospital
- Advanced Practitioner – Hospital
- AMHP – Day-time team

Requirements of the roles:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care
- Must have experience in the specific team (e.g. must have mental health experience for the mental health team)
- Must have experience at the level of role (e.g. must have management experience for the DTM in Adult Safeguarding
