Role Overview
- Location: Westminster (2 days per week on-site)
- Package: £550pd Inside IR35 under an Umbrella company
- Contract length: Initial 6-month contract with possibility to extend
- Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance with UK Eyes Only

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the successful delivery of agile projects within a secure government environment.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to business priorities.
- Champion agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement and collaborative delivery.
- Use data and performance insights to inform decision-making, track progress, and optimise delivery.
- Work closely with stakeholders to manage priorities, remove delivery blockers, and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, security, and operational requirements.
Main Skills Needed
- Active SC Clearance with UK Eyes Only eligibility.
- Proven experience delivering agile projects within UK Government or the wider public sector.
- Strong background leading and motivating cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics and insights to improve delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
